Product configuration
New Aqua (industrial-use) substance has excellent resistance to rust and corrosion and is used for painting ballast tank on, clean water tank, and internal / external part of the ship. It is coating agent used for steel structure having excellent adhesion to wet surfaces and guaranteeing durability to chlorine and ozone.
Product characteristics
– It maintains excellent adhesion to steel plate and concrete.
– Without having to go through expensive short processing, pre-processing can be carried out using high-pressure cleaning, power brush, and sanding.
– Construction is possible after removing the part that has been lifted due to rust.
– It is a simple process not requiring primer and it can reduce construction period and cost.
– With excellent resistance to rust and corrosion, high durability can be secured.
– Since construction is possible with thickness of 300 μm or more, construction period can be reduced.

How to use and caution
| How to use | – Remove the contaminant that hinders adhesion on the construction part. – Select the condition among high-pressure washing, sanding, and power brush. – Mix with electronic stirrer for 2 to 3 minutes and apply paint. – Check for hardening status 6 hours after the 1st painting and carry out 2nd painting. – Difference in hardening time is significant depending on the temperature of surface.  |
