Product configuration

Multi-purpose primer is 2-liquid type epoxy coating with resistance to abrasion and impact and has excellent chemical substance using epoxy resin, synthetic resin, and special hardener and it can be applied to hardener floor and adhesion on general non-metal substance.

– It is 2-liquid type coating using hardening agent.
– It has excellent gloss and adhesion.
– Tacking (becoming sticky) does not occur after construction, so contamination does not occur.
– With resistance to rust and moisture, it can effectively prevent corrosion.

How to use and caution

How to use	– Painting condition is when the air temperature is 5–35℃ and humidity is 85% or less. – Mix the paint sufficiently before construction. – Main agent and hardening agent should be mixed in proper ratio before using. – Designated diluent should be diluted up to 30% and used within designated time. – New concrete surface should be cured for at least 4 weeks and water content should be 8%. Color can be made using oil paint. (basic color : white) Minimum amount for mixing color is at least 50 packs.
caution	– Completely remove the contaminant from the surface and apply paint. – Paint should be applied sufficiently and one should be mindful of potential fire incidents. – If the hardener is very smooth, apply a scratch before using. – Recommended thickness should be applied when painting. – 2-liquid type paint should be washed with thinner before hardening and stored. – It should be stored in a cool area where it is not exposed to flammable devices, out of the reach of children and used within 6 months, if possible.
