Emergency repair 119 is ultra high-speed hardening and non-shrinking emergency repair mortar designed to carry out emergency repair construction to prevent the flaws occurred by excessive follow-up construction carried out in poor drying condition. As the moisture contained in concrete is evaporated, concrete is swelled, lifted, cracked, and peeled off, leading to defects. Emergency repair 119 can be used for attaching any part in concrete walls, ceilings, and walls. In particular, for rooftop waterproofing construction, it can be easily used for repairing joints, grooved parts, and severe cracks. Within 30 minutes after construction, strength can be similar to the strength of general cement in 3 days and oil urethane, oil epoxy, paint, and membrane waterproofing construction can be carried out after 2 to 3 hours. It is special mortar cement that can be freely used in any concrete surface requiring emergency repair.<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

How to use<\/th>\n\u2013 Water content of this product is approx. 25% (weight ratio) of the raw material. If water content is excessive, physical property is reduced, so comply with the appropriate amount.
\n(18\/kg = water input approx. 5\/kg), (4\/kg = water input approx. 1\/kg)
\n\u2013 Designated time is 20 minutes and necessary amount should be mixed.
\n\u2013 Since it is water-soluble, it is not recommended to carry out construction in the winter. Construction thickness is 0.2 cm\u20135 cm for plastering.
\n\u2013 It is an adhesive in moisture condition, but foreign substance hindering adhesion such as oil and laitance should be removed. After carrying out construction with soluble primer, emergency repair 119 can be carried out.
\n\u2013 In hot summer, fine cracks can be occurred on the surface due to rapid drying. Sprinkle water or use the cover to prevent moisture evaporation from occurring.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
caution<\/th>\n\u2013 Damaged part on background should be repaired after carrying out parching work. Designated time can be different due to temperature difference on background surface in the summer and winter. Hot water can be used for adjusting the time and do not add or reduce other products.
