Heat Reflective & Waterproof Paint product is a complex functional top coating used for thermal barrier and waterproofing on roofs (rooftops). With excellent thermal barrier capability and a high elongation rate of 900% or more, it can respond to building vibrations and protect the building from ultraviolet rays and moisture, supplementing the weak points of previous oil-type urethane waterproof material. It is applicable to roofs and rooftops of buildings or other areas on external concrete where construction or repair is required.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

How to use and caution<\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div>

How to use<\/th>\n\u2013 Painting condition is where ambient temperature is at 5~35\u2103 and humidity is at 80% or below.
\n\u2013 Mix the paint sufficiently before using on construction.
\n\u2013 After going through surface processing, apply paint so that primer can penetrate deeply into the painting surface.
\n\u2013 After applying primer on the surface, dry for 4 hours at 20\u2103 and apply top coating twice.
\n** Aqueous paint can be used for mixing color. (basic color: white)
\n**Minimum amount for mixing color is 50 packs or above. (pastel color is possible)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
caution<\/th>\n\u2013 Concrete surface should be sufficiently cured (4 weeks or above at 20\u2103) and apply paint when pH is 8 ~ 9 or below and moisture content is 8% or below.
\n\u2013 Aqueous paint should be stored in indoor areas (at room temperature of 5\u2103 or above) that can avoid direct light.
\n\u2013 Crack area should be filled and surface should be flattened using filler after applying V cutting
\n\u2013 If surface processing is insufficient, it might lead to poor adhesion and detachment of membrane.
\n\u2013 In case of exceeding recommended amount (within 10%) of diluent (water), it might lead to reduction in material property.
\n\u2013 In case of applying paint on the previous membrane, check for the suitability with previous membrane before using.
\n\u2013 Color difference might occur on the product with same color and lot depending on the dilution ratio, painting device, and painting method, so check the color before painting.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
